Automatic CNC hydraulic bandsaw machine performing cuts from 0° to 60° to the right and produced according to the current safety standards
The equipment is supplied with 39 programs, each of them with 50 steps for a total of 1950 cutting positions with relevant piece-counter
Operation:
1. Material feeding
2. Fixed vice lock
3. Rotation of the blade and delivery of the coolant, bow downfeed untill the finishing of the cut, feeding carriage return until the fixed measure
4. Bow return, blade revolution and coolant delivery stopping
5. Vice opening
6. Cycle repetition
